Ingredients (for 2-4 servings)

  • 2 lbs of ground beef
  • 1 "healthy dollop" ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of parsley
  • 1/4 cup of oregano
  • 2 tsp. of salt
  • 2 eggs


1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Use an ice cream scooper to make consistently-sized meatballs
3. Bake at 425 degrees for exactly 17 minutes
