Learn how to Board Up Abandoned Houses and Help Rebuild Detroit with Carhartt!

                                                        

After kicking off The School of Carhartt with a bang in September, Carhartt is at it again with a workshop taking place Saturday, October 27th. The goal is to safely board up 150 of the most blighted and dangerous homes in the vicinity of Cody College Preparatory Upper School for Teaching and Learning - homes that have presented a real danger to the children attending school in the area.

The workshop, “Learn How to Board Up Abandoned Houses and Help Rebuild Detroit” - is going to be an amazing community effort. The event will be led by John George, Founder of Motor City Blight Busters - an organization working with crews and volunteers since 1988 to help demolish and renovated buildings in Detroit. Join us!
