Food For Thought: Skillshare Culinary Semester Launching in Brooklyn
This month, Skillshare is on the lookout for local farmers, food makers, purveyors and culinary enthusiasts to teach during our upcoming Culinary Semester launching in Brooklyn!
Located in Skillshare HQ’s very own backyard, it’s no secret that Brooklyn is home to some of the most creative and crafty minds in the food world, peddling everything from locally roasted coffee and distilled vodka to artisanal cheeses and handmade chocolates. So we thought, why not bring all of these talented folks together and create an entire program of classes centered around our booming local culinary community?
The semester we’re planning will be bursting with high-quality, fun and affordable classes on everything from urban farming and marshmallow making, to composting, home brewing and even menu planning. And to make this the best local food education program around, we’d love your help! We’d like you to teach or recommend someone else to teach one of the topics below. Or, feel free to suggest topics that you think are missing!
